The Council of Europe Co-operation Project “Enhanced Access to Legal Aid Services for Marginalised Population” is launching a call for the provision of national consultancy services. The aim of the tender is to create a pool of national consultants to provide consultancy requested by the Council on an as-needed basis in the following directions:
- LOT 1: Free Legal Aid legislation and statutory framework
- LOT 2: Development of training modules for the Legal Aid Service Training Centre
- LOT 3: Evaluation of free legal aid services and education programs
