The Council of Europe Co-operation Project 'Fight against discrimination, hate crimes and hate speech in Georgia' is launching a tender procedure for the provision of a consultancy service for the development of a communication strategy for the awareness raising campaign and ensuring its implementation by utilising a Facebook page and dedicated website with engaging informative materials posted on regular basis.
Deadline for submission of applications: 22 November 2018. All the applications should be sent to [email protected] with a subject “Communication_Local_Consultancy.”

Are organisations/companies/firms eligible for this call? Should the company submit CVs of all the candidates? Who should write the motivation letter-company or the nominated staff member? How will they be assessed?
The paragraph below provides answers to the questions listed above.
Legal persons except consortia are eligible for this call and can nominate respective person(s), who will work for this Framework Contract. There is no limit to the number of nominated persons. Each person nominated by the company should meet all the eligibility criteria listed in the Terms of Reference. In case one of the nominated persons fails to satisfy an eligibility criterion, the company will not be considered eligible. The persons nominated by a legal person in its application cannot submit a separate tender in the framework of this tender procedure. Legal person may submit only one application and will be assessed as one applicant notwithstanding the number of nominated persons in its application.
The following documents are to be prepared in relation to the nominated person:
1)A detailed CV, preferably in Europass Format demonstrating clearly that the tenderer fulfills the eligibility criteria
2) Example of previous work not exceeding two pages and/or links to online examples,
3) Motivation letter
3)A short outline on the proposed approach and vision to the campaign online activities on Facebook and web page not exceed 3 paged A4
The following documents should be submitted in relation to the applicant legal person
- A completed and signed copy of the Act of Engagement (One act of Engagement per applicant legal person)
- Registration documents
