The Council of Europe is launching a call for the provision of consultancy services on access to justice and violence against women in Eastern Partnership countries (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine) in the framework of the EU/Council of Europe Partnership for Good Governance II regional project “Women’s Access to Justice: delivering on the Istanbul Convention and other European gender equality standards.
The purpose of this call is to create a pool of consultants in each of the Eastern Partnership countries with the relevant background and work experience in the areas of access to justice and preventing and combating violence against women, domestic violence and gender equality to support the implementation of the project.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the Tender File under the clauses “Tender rules” and “Documents to be provided”.
The deadline for submission of applications is 31 May 2020.
Selected consultants will be consulted on an as-needed-basis.
