Young people and educators learn about how to combat hate speech online

The third session of “Let’s Learn about Human Rights Online” took place on 18 June focusing on practical educational steps against hate speech. Through the online session young people, teachers and people interested in education learnt about practical examples of hate speech, educational steps and informal methods to combat it.

The online session was held by Gubaz Koberidze, human rights educator.

The next session of “Let’s Learn about Human Rights Online” will cover alternative narratives against hate speech.

The videos of three sessions in Georgian are available below:

The project is implemented under the Council of Europe’s Action Plan for Georgia 2016-2019 with the support of the Danish Neighbourhood Programme in Georgia (DANEP).
