Court Managers’ Forum

The second Court managers’ forum was held on 29-30 March gathering all 29 court managers and other relevant judicial staff.

The platform of the forum was established in September 2018 aiming to create a strong network of all the acting court managers in Georgia and to implement needs-based capacity building activities on a regular basis.

The content of the second forum was based on feedback provided by participants. It focused on the introduction of HR guideline prepared by the EU4Justice project, the public data sharing regulations, civil servant assessment criteria, effective communication, and innovation management.

Participants were actively engaged in the process, and shared their experience, practices and challenges on court management-related issues.

The positive feedback from participants creates an opportunity for the continuation of the forum.

The forum was established and is supported by the Council of Europe project “Support to the Judicial Reform in Georgia” funded by the voluntary contributions of Bulgaria, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, the Slovak Republic and Sweden to support the implementation of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Georgia 2016-2019.
