On 9-10 February the Council of Europe organised a two-day workshop on organisational and strategic management for the board members and relevant staff of the Georgian Bar Association.

Council of Europe national consultant overviewed the key points of organisational development, innovation management and organisational culture. The challenges in the implementation of the organisational culture and integration into daily work were discussed as well.

The second day of the workshop was dedicated to the formation of the GBA-specific organisational culture.

The workshop is part of the activities that aim to support GBA in the efficient implementation of their organisational strategy adopted in November 2018.

The workshop was organised by the Council of Europe project “Support to the Judicial Reform in Georgia” funded by the voluntary contributions of Bulgaria, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, the Slovak Republic, and Sweden to support the implementation of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Georgia 2016-2019.
