Slovak Republic signed the CETS 215

S. E. Mr. Peter PELLEGRINI, Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic, today signed the Convention of the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions (CETS No. 215) in the presence of Mr. Thorbjørn Jagland, Secretary General, in Strasbourg at the Council of Europe.

The Slovak Republic has now become the 30th Council of Europe member State to sign the "Macolin Convention", in addition to the three countries that have ratified the Convention.

Slovak Republic will implement its willingness to become aligned with the Convention by participating in various activities, including a KCOOS+ regional seminar and the international conference of the Council of Europe, both of which will take place in September 2018.
