Back A round-table on "Harmonisation of Judicial Civil Practice in Bosnia and Herzegovina"

A round-table on

A round-table on "Harmonisation of Judicial Civil Practice in Bosnia and Herzegovina" is taking place  on 18 and 19 May 2017 in Trebinje. The discussions aim at avoiding uneven application of the legal norms in similar factual circumstances by all judicial instances, while pointing at the conclusions adopted at the meetings of the Panels for harmonisation of civil judicial practice. The exchange of views and the judicial practice within the second instance courts reveal difficulties in adoption of an even practice within a single court, thus contributing to the overall awareness raising of the importance of Panel's results. The round table is organised within the project: "Reinforcing the capacity of the judiciary to apply European human rights standards at the national level in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, in co-operation with Judicial and Prosecutorial Training Centers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
