The Council of Europe Project Management Methodology (PMM) was presented to masters students of the "Management de projets de coopération de l’Union Européenne" programme at the University of Strasbourg during Autumn 2017. The focus was on results-based management and the human rights approach in delivering co-operation development. The students applied the PMM principles in practical case studies. Two separate 3-hour PMM workshops have been held so far.
