The government of Spain has made a voluntary contribution of €95,000 to support the Council of Europe Neighbourhood Partnerships with Morocco and Tunisia 2018-2021, to promote diversity and equality, to reduce the European Court of Human Rights backlog of well-founded cases, and towards the project “Global Youth - Interregional Cooperation for Youth Participation and Global Citizenship”.

The agreement was signed on 7 juillet 2020 by Ambassador Manuel Montobbio, Permanent Representative of Spain to the Council of Europe, and by Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General.
