Council of Europe Secretary General Marija Pejčinović Burić addressed the Heads of Council of Europe Offices and Programme Offices at the occasion of their bi-annual meeting on 19-21 November in Strasbourg. She confirmed the important role of Council of Europe offices in the field, promoting the Organisation’s values and standards where it is most relevant, in member states.

The meeting also included discussions with Ambassador Meglena Kuneva, Head of the European Union Delegation in Strasbourg, Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe as well as Alexandre Guessel, Director of Political Affairs.
