On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Liechtenstein’s accession to the Council of Europe, the government of Liechtenstein made an exceptional voluntary contribution of CHF 100,000 (approximately €82,208) to support the Council of Europe Action Plan on Protecting Refugee and Migrant Children in Europe, bringing their total support this action plan to approximately €94,898.

An agreement was signed on 26 November 2018 by Ms Aurelia Frick, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Justice and Culture of Liechtenstein, and Mrs Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General.
