The government of Finland has made a voluntary contribution of €320,000 to support the Commissioner for Human Rights, the prevention of violence against women, the Action Plan on the Inclusion of Roma and Travellers 2016-2019, the School of Civic Education (Moscow), as well as an infographics project to promote the European Court of Human Rights.

The agreement was signed on 4 July 2018 by Ambassador Satu Mattila-Budich, Permanent Representative of Finland to the Council of Europe, and by Mrs. Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General.
