The government of the Czech Republic has made a non-earmarked voluntary contribution of €35,083.62 to support the implementation of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine 2018-2021 and towards follow-up to Council of Europe Action Plan on Protecting Refugee and Migrant children in Europe.

The agreement was signed on 18 December 2019 by Ambassador Emil Ruffer, Permanent Representative of the Czech Republic to the Council of Europe, and Mrs Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General.
