For two days communication officers of the Courts and Prosecutions as well as assistants of the Presidents of Courts and Prosecutions have been trained on the right to access public documents.
During the training, standards, and procedures on access to information and documents were elaborated by the local and international experts as well as by the guest speakers who brought first-hand information and shared relevant experiences to the audience.
The event aimed at raising awareness of the administrative staff of the Courts and Prosecutions on European standards on the topic, expand their knowledge, on duties, and responsibilities as well as digest the best practices in place for the good administration of justice.
The event was organised under the Grant Agreement with the Academy of Justice.
This initiative is conducted in the framework of the Horizontal Facility II programme, a co-operation initiative co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
