Short film on the joint EU and Council of Europe Action "Fighting ill-treatment and impunity and enhancing application of the European Court of Human Rights case-law at the national level (FILL)", which gives an overview of achievements of the Action, and how the Action is viewed by its beneficiaries: the Constitutional and Supreme Courts of Montenegro, Office of Montenegrin Agent before the European Court of Human Rights, and the Judicial Training Centre.

 

The Action "Fighting ill-treatment and impunity and enhancing application of the European Court of Human Rights case-law at the national level (FILL)" aims at strengthening national capacities to apply the European Convention on Human Rights, thus leading to better enjoyment of justice for Montenegrin citizens.

Short film on the joint EU and Council of Europe action which foresees a series of activities addressed to the Judicial and Prosecutorial Councils of Montenegro, as well as its Judicial Training Centre. The main partners of the Action, together with the two Councils and the Training Centre, will be the Ministry of Justice, the Office of the Supreme State Prosecutor, the Supreme Court and the Bar association of Montenegro. The Action focuses on strengthening the overall capacities of the Judicial and Prosecutorial Councils, and of the Judicial Training Centre in line with European standards.
