Within the framework of the joint European Union/Council of Europe programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022” and its action “Accountability and professionalism of the judicial system of Montenegro”, the Council of Europe is launching a call for proposals for the provision of consultancy services regarding the design and implementation of the public awareness campaign on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Montenegro.
