Special Law on Information Crimes adopted in 2001 contains partial implementation of substantive law offences, such as illegal access, system interference, misuse of devices, as well as content-related offences of forgery, fraud, child pornography and IPR.

No information about procedural powers corresponding to the Budapest Convention.

The Special Law on Information Crimes – 2001, contains the following provisions, regarding cybercrime: art 5 – corporate liability; art 6 – illegal access; art 7 – system sabotage or damage; art 9 - illegal access or sabotage to protected systems; art 11 – cyber espionage; art 12 – document forgery; art 13 – theft; art 14 – fraud; art 15 – illegal procurement of goods and services; art 16 – payment card fraud; art 20 – violation of privacy and personal data; art 21 – privacy of communication violation; art 22 – disclosure of personal data or information; art 24 –showing of pornographic material with children and adolescents; art 25 – misappropriation of intellectual property.

The Penal Code contains provisions on :Title VIII – Chapter I – sexual abuse of a minor, pornographic materials that are made, distributed or displayed for public view or offered for sale.
