All HEY courses are tutored, which means that they happen in a concrete timeframe and will a closed number of participants. A call is open and disseminated for every course, and selection will be made according to the criteria set for each.

As a partner

Partnerships are at the core of the HEY Programme, starting as early as the course identification stage and adaptation, which is done in collaboration with stakeholders in the target regions. The HEY Programme operates in close interaction with the national and regional realities where it is implemented, always in complementarity with other Human Rights initiatives.  

In order to maximise the dissemination and implementation of the Programme, HEY is also open to partnerships with regional and international organisations, regional youth platforms, NGOs, national cooperation initiatives and other relevant actors sharing the same values and pursuing similar objectives. Partnerships optimise the efficiency and outreach of HEY and can be created for the whole Programme or for concrete courses. Partnerships and contributions to HEY will be made clearly visible and agreed case-by-case.
