Final event of the #Solidaction Campaign, and on the 70th anniversary of the European Convention of Human Rights, the Lisbon Forum 2020 places life, people, and the planet at the core of a debate under the theme : Learning from our global challenges: Enhancing Solidarity.
One more year, the European Centre for Global Interdependence and Solidarity brings together in this distinctive platform for dialogue, policy makers and activists from around the world on issues related to global interdependence and solidarity. 2020 has been not only a strong reminder of how we are all part of the same Humanity in the present, but also of how, we all have a part to play in the protection of our world, for one another and for the generations of tomorrow. By joining us in this event, you will be also sharing your expertise and inputs to reply to the question: How can we enhance international solidarity’s impact in order to ensure a more sustainable and unified future?
Ambassador Jorge Silva Lopes, Executive Director of the North-South Centre
