Back Euro-Med Women Network (EMWN) survey

Euro-Med Women Network (EMWN) survey

In view of the launch of a renewed Euro-Med Women Network (EMWN) online platform, the North-South Centre (NSC) of the Council of Europe invites the members of the Network to contribute to an online survey with the aim to better target their priorities and expectations. The survey - that is accessible here - is also an opportunity for new members to join the network.

The Euro-Med Women Network (EMWN) was created in the framework of the NSC programme for the Empowerment of Women. The Network aims at facilitating the exchange of good practices, the identification of common challenges and the sharing of experiences as well as to contribute to the identification of projects and partnerships on gender equality and women’s’ rights in the Euro-Mediterranean region.

As from 2017, the Network will also count on the expertise of a group of professionals on gender equality and women’s’ rights who will come together in a Training of Experts organised by the NSC on the Human Rights-based approach in combating violence against women. The Training of Experts will take place from the 12th to the 14th July, in Tunis (Tunisia).
