The second Steering Committee meeting of the project: "Initiative for Legal Certainty and Efficient Judiciary in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Phase II” was held in online format on 5 October 2021. The meeting was attended by representatives of all partner institutions as well as representatives of international organisations.

The results of the project from the previous period were presented, as well as the challenges during the implementation of the activities. The participants were informed about the progress related to the development of tools for supporting the judiciary in harmonising judicial practice; the human rights education at law faculties; efforts made to improve the efficiency of courts and to strengthen the capacity of National Training Institutions for judges and prosecutors to provide high quality trainings.

The members of the Steering Committee discussed and adopted the proposed Work Plan for the next period (October - December 2021).
