The Council of Europe supported the development of a methodology for training of trainers for the Prosecutors’ Training Centre. The methodology covers the following issues: general provisions on trainings, design of training, structure of the training, tools for planning the training, interactive teaching methods, making instructions, feedback, visualisation in the training, interaction between the trainer with the group, work with resistance, and training evaluation. Moreover, it contains many practical examples and group exercises. The developed methodology and related material can be useful not only for practicing trainers, but also for those who plan to start a trainer’s career.

The Methodology was developed within the framework of the Council of Europe Project “Human Rights Compliant Criminal Justice System in Ukraine”, which is part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine 2018-2022.
