Roundtable dedicated to the launch of the HELP course “Right to liberty and security” for the group of judges from the Khabarovsk region, Russia

On 2 June 2021, the team of the Council of Europe project “HELP in the Russian Federation” (phase III) in co-operation with the Far Eastern branch of the Russian State University of Justice (RSUJ) organised an on-line roundtable and a launch of the HELP course on Introduction to Article 5 of the ECHR: Right to Liberty and Security for a group of judges of Khabarovsk region.

Mikhail Adkin, deputy head of the Khabarovsk regional court, Petr Sich, Head of the Council of Europe Programme Office in the Russian Federation, Konstantin Volkov, director of the Far Eastern branch of the Russian State University of Justice, welcomed the participants.

The course will be tutored by Oksana Kachalova, Council of Europe expert, professor of the RSUJ.

HELP course “Right to Liberty and Security” in Russian is available for self-learning at the HELP platform.
