The HUDOC database, which contains judgments of the European Court of Human Rights and a number of documents issued by the monitoring mechanisms of the Council of Europe, covers as of today the Opinions of the Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities, as well as comments of the Governments on those opinions and the subsequent Resolutions of the Committee of Ministers.

This new tool will contribute to facilitate the work of States Parties to the Framework Convention, at national and local levels, of academic researchers as well as of non-governmental organisations working on human rights.
