Azerbaijan submitted its Fifth State Report with appendices 1 and 2 on 17 October 2022 pursuant to Article 25, paragraph 2, of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities.The report is also available in Azerbaijani and so are its appendices 1 and 2.

It is now up to the Advisory Committee to consider it and adopt an opinion intended for the Committee of Ministers.
