Today at its 1444th meeting, the Committee of Ministers held an exchange of views with Mikko Puumalainen, Acting President of the Advisory Committee, who presented the Committee’s 13th activity report covering the period from 1 June 2020 to 31 May 2022. The report outlines trends and challenges for minority protection in Europe, from the COVID-19 pandemic and Russia’s aggression against Ukraine to the climate change and minority youth.
