The Council of Europe Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities has published its Fourth Opinion on Kosovo* together with comments by the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK). The opinion and comments are also available in Albanian and Serbian.
