Appointment of an ordinary member of the Advisory Committee to fill a casual vacancy in respect of the Russian Federation

Resolution CM/ResCMN(2021)5 on the election of an expert to the list of experts eligible to serve on the Advisory Committee, and appointment of an ordinary member of the Advisory Committee to fill a casual vacancy in respect of the Russian Federation

Declares elected to the list of experts eligible to serve on the Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities on 14 January 2021:

Mr Alexei Avtonomov, in respect of the Russian Federation.

Appoints as ordinary member of the Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities for a term which will commence on 14 January 2021 and expire on 31 May 2024:

Mr Alexei Avtonomov, in respect of the Russian Federation.
