As part of its promotional activities, the MEDICRIME Convention was presented at the 2nd Congress organised by the International Association of French-speaking Customs Officers (AIDF) in Sousse (Tunisia).

A large number of delegations from the member countries of this Association were present at the Sousse Congress, including Belgium, Benin, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, France, Mauritius, Mali, Niger, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal, Switzerland, Togo and Tunisia.

An observer to the MEDICRIME Committee since December 2021, the AIDF pursues objectives related to the training of its members as well as the sharing of experience in the customs field. More than 200 representatives of ational delegations were able to share their experiences and expertise in the fight against counterfeit medical products. In this context, the AIDF, through its president, confirmed its interest in promoting the principles of the MEDICRIME Convention within the French-speaking world.
