Niger has deposited the instrument of ratification of the MEDICRIME Convention. The Convention will enter into force concerning Niger on 1st July 2022. Niger is the 5th non-Council of Europe Member State to have ratified the MEDICRIME Convention and the 4th African country. The number of Parties to this treaty thus increases to 19.

Another 17 States are signatories and 3 States have been invited to accede.
