On March 25, the European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR) published its conclusions for 33 member States on employment, training and equal opportunities.

The Council of Europe Project “Promoting social human rights as a key factor of sustainable democracy in Ukraine” has published a translation of the above mentioned conclusions regarding Ukraine.

The ECSR states that only two of the 18 situations presented in the conclusions complies with the Revised European Social Charter (ESC). Also, in two other situations the Committee needs further information in order to examine the situation, and 14 situations do not comply with the ESC.
