The Council of Europe Project “Internal Displacement in Ukraine: Building Solutions – Phase II” is looking for international consultants with expertise in the following areas:
- advancing the legal and regulatory framework on the protection of IDPs and the restoration of human rights of conflict-affected population;
- strengthening the capacities of local authorities to respond to the needs of IDPs and conflict-affected population;
- facilitating the integration and access to services for IDPs by promoting relevant digital solutions.
Deadline for the submission of bids: 10 May 2021 (midnight, CET).
Tenders with attachments shall only be sent to [email protected] with no other email address in copy and the following reference in subject: IDP II-International Consultancy Services
Tenders that are received after the deadline, not adequately completed in line with instructions or sent/copied to another email address will not be considered.
All questions shall be submitted at least five working days before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address [email protected] with the following reference in subject: Questions_IDP II-International Consultancy Services.
