Call for tender – Purchase of services on prepress, layout, printing, production of visibility products and delivery

The Council of Europe project “Combatting Violence Against Women in Ukraine (COVAW)” (hereinafter “the Project”), implemented within the Action Plan for Ukraine 2018-2022, is launching a tender call under the Council of Europe competitive bidding procedure / one-off contract for the procurement of services on prepress, layout, printing and delivery (Lot 1) and production of visibility products with their delivery (Lot 2).

In that context, the Council is looking for a local provider(s) for the implementation of services on prepress, layout, printing, production of visibility products and delivery.

All eligible candidates are invited to participate. Applicants are invited to read the call, details on the requested services and tender procedure in the below documents (in English), and carefully follow the application instructions:

The deadline for application is 05 November 2021 (23:59 Central European Time).

Tender proposals and supporting documents shall be submitted by email to [email protected] with the following reference in the e-mail subject line: Tender_COVAW: 8755-2021-2

All questions shall be submitted by 03 November 2021 and shall be exclusively addressed to [email protected] with the following reference in the e-mail subject line: Question_COVAW: 8755-2021-2

All documents shall be submitted in English, except registration documents (to be submitted in Ukrainian with a short summary in English) and samples of deliverables, which can be submitted in Ukrainian, failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender. If any of the documents listed above are missing, the Council of Europe reserves the right to reject the tender.

The Council reserves the right to reject a tender if the scanned documents are of such a quality that the documents cannot be read once printed.
