- Council of Europe Programme “Supporting constitutional and legal reforms, constitutional justice and assisting the Verkhovna Rada in conducting reforms aimed at enhancing its efficiency” is looking for Providers for provision of legal and policy advice in the field of the implementation of the rule of law in the activities of the parliament, law-making and legal practices in Ukraine.

You are encouraged to apply and submit the following documents by e-mail to [email protected] by 28 March 2019, 10:00 (Kyiv time):
- The enclosed Act of Engagement completed and signed;
- Detailed CV in English;
- At least two samples of the previous work (relevant deliverables / links to publications etc.).
- Registration documents of the private entrepreneur (in case the person is a private entrepreneur)
Please note that Act of Engagement and CV shall be submitted in English, failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender. Other supporting documents can be provided in English or Ukrainian.
If any of the documents listed above are missing, the Council of Europe reserves the right to reject the tender.
