Call for tender on purchase of international and national intellectual (consultancy) services in the field of promotion of local government best practices at national and regional levels.

The Council of Europe Programme “Decentralisation and local government reform in Ukraine” is looking for Providers for provision of services in the field of promotion of local government best practices at national and regional levels, through support to implementation of the Contest “Best Practices of Local Self-Government”.

Information about the Programme and details on tender procedure and assesssment criteria are in the enclosed Tender file / terms of reference .

You are encouraged to apply and submit the following documents by e-mail to [email protected]  by 5 September 2018, 20:00 (Kyiv time):

• The enclosed Act of Engagement completed and signed;
• Detailed CV;
• Motivation letter;
• At least one sample of the previous work (relevant deliverables / links to publications etc.).

Please note that Act of Engagement, CV and motivation letter shall be submitted in English, failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender. Other supporting documents can be provided in English or Ukrainian.

If any of the documents listed above are missing, the Council of Europe reserves the right to reject the tender.
