The Council of Europe is currently launching a tender call under the Council of Europe restricted consultation procedure for the procurement of consultancy services to be provided within the Council of Europe Project “Decentralisation and local government reform in Ukraine”. In that context, the Council is looking for Providers/Consultants for the privision of consultancy services to be requested by the Council on as needed basis with respect to the supporting Ukrainian authoritties including National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service in implementation of the Council of Europe Leadership Academy training tool for Ukrainian local authorities.
