The Council of Europe project “The Istanbul Convention: a tool to advance in fighting violence against women and domestic violence in Ukraine” initiates a call, a restricted consultation procedure, for the provision of short-term consultancy services to build the capacity and knowledge-base of legal professionals as well other relevant stakeholders in Ukraine. The purpose of this call is to create a pool of interested international consultants with the relevant background and work experience in the area of preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence to support the implementation of the mentioned project.

Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the clauses Tender Rules and Documents to be Provided of the attached Tender File before the deadline, 24 March, 2019.

Consultants may submit a tender for one, several or all Lots subject to the fulfillment of the criteria listed in the Eligibility criteria for the lots concerned.

DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED:

1. A completed and signed copy of the Act of Engagement[1] (See attached);
2. A detailed CV, preferably in Europass Format, demonstrating clearly that the tenderer fulfils the eligibility criteria;
3. At least two examples in English/Ukrainian of the previous work/deliverables reference/links to publications, materials, legal assessments/analyses, reports, studies, training materials, presentations etc. relevant to the experience the tenderer claims in relation to the lot/s the tenderer applies;
4. Registration documents (for legal persons only);
5. 2 (two) referees' contact details.

Selected consultants will be consulted at a later stage, on an as-needed-basis. The consultancy work may start immediately after the tender is finalised and contracts are signed.
