The Council of Europe is currently implementing and until December 2023 the Project on “Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase II”. The Project is carried out in the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine 2018-2022.
The project “Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase II” is launching a tender procedure for purchase of international consultancy services in the area of youth policy, youth work, social cohesion and inclusion in the field of youth.
The present tendering procedure aims to select Provider(s) to support the implementation of the project and is divided into the following lots:
Lot 1: Planning and delivery of capacity-building and training activities, including mentoring and expert advice to project development and implementation
Lot 2: Developing and carrying out research / questionnaires / surveys on youth related issues, drafting documents, policy briefs, evaluation and analysis in the area of youth policy, youth work, social cohesion and inclusion in the field of youth
Expected duration of the contract: 01 March 2022 – 31 December 2023.
Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to [email protected] with the following reference in subject: Tender - 8805-2022-01 by 23.59 on 17 February 2022 (CET).
All questions shall be submitted at least 5 (five) working days before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to [email protected] with the following reference in subject: Questions - 8805-2022-01.
All documents (except registration documents for legal persons, that could be submitted in the original language) shall be submitted in English, failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender.
If any of the documents listed above are missing, the Council of Europe reserves the right to reject the tender.
