The Council of Europe project “Strengthening civil participation in democratic decision making in Ukraine” is launching the International public call for tender for the provision of local consultancy services in the area of civil participation, participatory democracy. The present tendering procedure aims to select Provider(s) to support the implementation of the project and is divided into the following lots:

• Lot 1: Legal and policy advice, developing appraisals of legal acts, guidelines, recommendations in the area of civil participation.
• Lot 2: Capacity building and training for public authorities and civil society representatives in the area of civil participation.
• Lot 3: Dialogue building and participatory events.

Deadline for sending applications: 5 October 2021, before midnight

Expected duration of the provided services: 15 October 2021 – 31 December 2022 (with the possibility to be tacitly renewed).
