Call for tender on purchase of local consultancy for enhancing the capacity of the Prosecutor's Training Centre of Ukraine (areas of expertise sought: development and delivery of training courses, project management methodology, strategic planning, and the Ukrainian criminal procedure in the light of the European human rights standards)

The Council of Europe Project “Human Rights Compliant Criminal Justice System in Ukraine” is launching a tender call through the competitive bidding procedure for the purchase of local consultancy services under a framework contract. The Council of Europe is looking for providers for four different lots with a particular expertise in soft skills for the development and conducting trainings, project management methodology, strategic planning, and Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine in the light of the European human rights standards.
