And the Council of Europe finds a way to ensure the human rights to the extend possible. After all, despite the changes that are taking place in the environment, social and economic changes, one thing remains unshakable is human dignity, dignity of the child, child's right to life, right to education, right to protection, right to be heard and right to a bright future. On this day, I wish adults and children to hear each other and understand each other. And, of course, the Council of Europe as an international organistion is here to help”.

Maryna Lazebna, Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine said: “The need to respect the rights of the child both by the state and by parents is stressed on this day. This year, it is an exceptional holiday because the whole world is experiencing a coronavirus disease trial. Therefore, provision of and compliance with the rights of the child under such conditions received a special priority among other areas of state policy. And our task today is to create the right living conditions for every child and ensure the protection of the rights of all children because only adults can solve the problems of children”.
