Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Municipal Economy of Ukraine jointly with the Council of Europe Programme “Decentralisation and Local Government Reform in Ukraine” and “Internews-Ukraine” announce the 3rd National Contest for journalists and media on coverage of local self-government and decentralisation reform for 2018.

In 2018, the Competition will be held in accordance with Order of MinRegion of Ukraine No 66 dated 26 March 2018. More information about the Contest is available by the link: http://bit.ly/MinregMC

Materials in four nominations are accepted for the Competition:

• online publication,
• article (in printed media),
• radio material
• video material.

The materials should be published for the first time within the period from 15 October 2017 to 20 December 2018.

Materials are accepted till 20 December 2018.

Prize fund from the Council of Europe Programme:

There are three awards envisaged in each of the four nominations:

• І prize – UAH 20 000,
• ІІ prize – UAH 15 000,
• ІІІ prize – UAH 10 000.
