The Council of Europe Project “Supporting Institutions to Combat Ill-Treatment in Ukraine” (hereinafter – the Project) is launching a tender procedure for procurement of national consultancy services for the provision of IT services to set up a distance learning system for the State Bureau of Investigation .
For this, the Project seeks individual consultants or a consulting company that shall be able to provide services as described in the documents, attached below.
The DEADLINE for submission of tender proposals is 23:59, 15 September 2020 (Kyiv time)
