The Council of Europe Project “Human Rights Compliant Criminal Justice System in Ukraine” Phase II is extending the deadline for the tender call through the competitive bidding procedure for the purchase of local consultancy services under a framework contract. The Council of Europe is looking for providers for four different lots with a particular expertise in photography, videography and filming, development of dissemination materials (layout and design) and communication and public relations.
The deadline has been extended until 17 February 2021 (at 23:59 ЕЕТ).
