Within the framework co-operation of the Council of Europe Programme “Decentralisation and Territorial Consolidation in Ukraine” and the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, the third training dedicated to application of modern tools of Human Resources Management in local self-government authorities was held for representatives of amalgamated territorial communities on the 21^st  - 22^nd February, 2018. Training programme based on the Council of Europe toolkit on HRM adapted to the Ukrainian context.
