The Council of Europe is currently implementing the project Combating violence against children in Ukraine. The Project aims to support Ukrainian authorities, professionals and the civil society to prevent and protect children against violence, notably sexual exploitation and abuse, including in the digital environment. The action is focused on the effective implementation of the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of children against sexual exploitation and sexual abuse (Lanzarote Convention), to which Ukraine is a party since 2012.
In this context, the Council of Europe is recruiting local consultants for provision of intellectual consultancy services in the area of combating violence against children within the framework of the abovementioned project.
