The Council of Europe Project “Supporting constitutional and legal reforms, constitutional justice and assisting the Verkhovna Rada in conducting reforms aimed at enhancing its efficiency” is looking for a Provider for production and of printing materials in the period July-October 2021.

Information about the Project and details on tender procedure and assessment criteria are in the enclosed Tender file / terms of reference.

You are encouraged to apply and submit the following documents by e-mail to Sergiy.tkachenko@coe.int by 09 July 2021, 2:00 PM (Kyiv time):

• A completed and signed copy of the Act of Engagement (See attached);
• Registration documents;
• For tenderers subject to VAT only: a quote, describing their financial offer;
• Brief description of the in the provision of printing, publishing or similar services for the last 2 years.

Please note that all documents shall be submitted in English, except registration documents (to be submitted in Ukrainian with summary translation in English), failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender. If any of the documents listed above are missing, the Council of Europe reserves the right to reject the tender.
