The Council of Europe Programme “Decentralisation and local government reform in Ukraine” is looking for a Provider for production and delivery of printing materials in the period of September 2020.

Information about the Programme and details on tender procedure and assessment criteria are in the enclosed Tender file / terms of reference.

You are encouraged to apply and submit the following documents by e-mail to [email protected] by 18 September 2020, 1:00 PM (Kyiv time):

• A completed and signed copy of the Act of Engagement (See attached);
• Registration documents (scanned copies of registration documents confirming type of economic activity of the tenderer) with summary translation in English;
• Brief description of the in the provision of printing, publishing or similar services.

Please note that all documents shall be submitted in English, except registration documents (to be submitted in Ukrainian with summary translation in English), failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender. If any of the documents listed above are missing, the Council of Europe reserves the right to reject the tender.
