Back Call for proposals - Purchase of national consultancy services on various communication aspects of the project activities

Call for communication services under the new CoE project “Human rights compliant criminal justice system in Ukraine”

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Council of Europe is currently launching a tender call under the Council of Europe competitive bidding procedure / framework contract for the procurement of national consultancy services to be provided within the Council of Europe Project “Human Rights Compliant Criminal Justice System in Ukraine”.

In that context, the Council is looking for a maximum of 3 local providers / consultants per Lot in order to support the implementation of the Project with a particular expertise in the field of communication, in accordance with the thematic Lots described in the Tender File document.
